The World As We Know

As it deepens, fear surge
Population and economy plunge
The Aged and Fragile with nowhere to go
Weary of death at four corners
Tick tock, we all await turns

For who would till the earth,
If God took away his kind?
or this time, by a wrought of self?
A wave of ill beyond bounds
Weaken claims of a 21st world…

At the bank of faith
Hoping on time and chance
Locked within walls “Claustrophobic”
Advised on dos and social spaces
Kudo’s of all front liners like Dr. Li

The world as we know have changed
In shape, size and bio space
Our activities at the fore fulcrum
One man can change the world
Lest we forget, changes can go south

In our act for self, lets hold another
Not by a feel but in mind
To reach all and diverse hearts
As many will fall, others arise
Heed with care, for the virus strives

The world we know have changed
Evolving on a pressured scale
As time never grow old like us
Expiring at every tick
I hope to see you at a tock

If not, before you sleep, live right.
